Yes, MOOKOO owns over 35,000 sq m factory with 6 workshops. All our workshops employees are with over 10 years handcraft experiences averagely, which ensures that we are able to provide superior products to customers all over the world. Factory,but still with good, fast and efficient service.
2: Can I visit you first before order ?
Surely, we welcome you to visit any time available for you. We can pick you up from the airport or your hotel. You can check our quality, our equipment, our service first. We believe that after your visiting, you will want us to make your optical display cabinet.
3: How long to build my kiosk ?
Usually it takes about 10 working days for a kiosk production. You could inform us your deadline, we will arrange time schedule good enough for you, that includes production time, shipping time and your clearance time, make sure no delay for your business.
4: How do I pay you ?
Usually, we take wire transfer(T/T), but Western Union, Money gram, Trade insurance, Paypal are available too. 50% of the total order amount as deposit before production, balance paid before shipping.
5: Can you arrange shipping for me ?
Yes. Please just tell us the port and consignee's information, we can book shipping and arrange all for you.

8.How long will it take for you to complete my Customized Store Fixtures?
We can save you a considerable amount of time in many cases. Usually for 1 store fixtures, it will take about a week.
In some special cases, we will confirm with you of your deadline, then we can arrange all production well to meet it, which means there is no delay for your business.

9. Are there any hidden costs when you build my Mall Kiosks?
The price we quote you at the beginning of the process is firm. You won't need to pay us any more unless you make changes in the project.
