A: We are factory specialized in display furniture since 2006, covers area of 20,000 sqms working in the metal and wood workshop, equipped with CNC machines, punching machine, cutting machine, punching machine, hole drilling machine, welding mill, powder coating workshop, 300 meters dust free painting mill, etc, welcome to watch our factory video.
2. Q: Can you design store/shop for me ?
A: Yes, we have a experienced design team leaded by our director who work in shop display design for more than 20 years.
3. Q:How to cooperate with you in store design ?
A. If you don’t have your own shop design
Quotation of Shop Design - 3D Shop Design - Confirm the design - Quotation of display fixtures - Deposite payment - Technical Drawing - Production - Inspection - Packing - Delivery.
B. If you have your own shop design
3D Shop Design Analysis - Quotation of display fixtures - Deposite payment - Technical Drawing - Production - Inspection - Packing - Delivery. (Usually 3D shop design by creative designer will be not so practical, if necessary, will make some practical suggestion to make sure the production will be started smoothly. )
4.Q:Will you do 3D rendering of the shop? How long does it take? Is that free?
A: We provide free design service, when the shop acre is over 200 sqm, all the design charge will be refunded, when you make an order of all the display fixtures for the shop
B: Yes, we have a professional designers team, which can do shop 3D rendering, 360° VR shop, which display all the angles of the shop, feel like you are standing inside the showroom, can view the floor, ceiling, each side of wall display, all the material and finishes of display rack are clearly shown, that will help our communication of all the details, avoid any mistake.
3D rendering
(1). A shop less than 200 sqm, will take 6-8 weekdays.
(2). 200-1000 sqm, will need 8-10 days.
(3). A shop over 1000 sqm, will require 2 weeks.
(4). Other design time differs from different requirements.
5. Q: What's your lead time ?
A: It depends on different project, Normally the lead time is within 25-30 days after confirm all the details.
6. Q:What’s your annual sales volume? How about your production capability?
A: Our annual sales volume is about 20 million USD, including domestic and foreign business. ( Domestic annual sales accounted 70%, exporting only 30%). Production capability is about 300 stores per month.
7. Q:How can you assure your products quality?
A. In our factory, there’s exclusive quality controller to check raw material quality, and in each process, our quality controller will inspect the production from last process, if not in good quality, the products will be return to last process, asking for remake.
B. After production, our QC team will do fully inspection of each product, if there’s any defect, will require rework, until 100% completion.
C.Also we will do installation testing, in case there’s any mistake when you unpack the goods, can’t install. All the inspection, and installation testing photos will be sent to you.
D.We’ve cooperated with many many brands, quality is the last thing they will worry about, when place order to us.

A: We will offer you an detailed installation instruction. If needed, we also can provide local installment service with lower cost.

We can do assemble or knock-down packing according to client’s needs.
In principle, small items can be assemble packing, but big products will be knock-down packing, to avoid shipping damage.
Usually for Australian market, we will do assembly packing, to save installation time and cost on site, because the man power cost is too much higher than China.
