How we packing the furniture ?
Step 1 Clear the products.
Step 2 EPE Foam inner packed , all around the product.
Step 3 Bubble foam each side protected
Step 4 MDF wooden cases on the outaide.
Step 5 Paint the marks on wooden cases.
Step 6 All steps are designed for safe protection and long distance transportation.
Step 7 We will order shipment insurance for all orders.

FAQ
1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are manufacture. we can do OEM and ODM.
2. What's the MOQ? Is sample order available?
We can do very small MOQ depends on different products. Usually 10-50pcs. No problem to place a sample order. We can send stock sample or customized the sample as your own design. for some products, we can send free stock sample, you only need to pay the shipping. For custom sample, we have to charge both custom fee and shipping.
3. What’s your terms of payment?
We can do T/T payment.100% full payment or 40% deposit first and 60% balance before shipping both are ok to do.
4.How much is the freight?
The freight will be calculated based on the CBM and gross weight of the whole shipment. We'll estimate the shipping cost according to the quantity and packing way. shiping methods can be by sea or by air. we can meet your requirements if you have special requests.
5. Do you display related products or packing in stock?
Usually, we don't display it. most of our orders are custom orders. our clients will provide the drawing for design and packing requirements.
6. How long will it take for a sample? and for mass production?
When the payment is confirmed, we'll arrange the production righ away. the lead time for the sample will be 7-10days, for mass production it will be 25-30 days. Mainly depends on the total quantity for the order.
